Review of TS Ma Chinese Cuisine

I’m pretty lucky to have really good Celiac-safe Chinese food near my hometown in Atlantic County, but I spend a lot of time up in Essex and Bergen Counties, so I am thrilled that I found T.S. Ma. I’ve had a lot of Chinese food in my lifetime (pre-Celiac diagnosis), and T.S. Ma is undoubtedly among the best I have had. The food is fresh and amazing, the menu clearly shows everything that can be made GF, takeout containers are marked with a special “Gluten Free” stickers. Sometimes the wait is more than an hour, but what do you expect from one of the best restaurants in the area. It is well worth the wait.
