This came up as highly recommended GF pizza.
Tried for the first time, and was very impressed.
Crust was on the thinner side, rustic-looking, and very pleasantly crispy in a very "wheat-like" way. The bottom was perfectly cooked, not over or under-done.
There was plenty of cheese on top of the toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, and sausage). The sauce was sweet and smooth.
I only ate a small piece initially, since I'm very new to gluten issues. No reacting, no pain.
When I called to ask about the crust, I was told it was a rice-based crust .
