Delicious gluten free pizza and pasta. They can make any of their pastas GF. My kids loved the GF pizza.

I came here based on the good review on this app. I ordered the gluten-free pasta and asked them to please flag it for a gluten “Allergy “. A few minutes later I was told that they cook the gluten-free pasta in the same water as the regular pasta. When I asked the server/bartender if they could have the chef recommend what would be safe for me they came back and said a steak. So I guess only go here if you are in the mood for a steak. It was very disappointing as many of their menu items are marked gluten-free. At least they told me though so I didn’t ruin my trip being sick. On top of this, the hostess was trying to discourage us from waiting at the bar for a table and told us we could make a reservation and come back another day.

I met the owners, who were so kind and explained the precautions they carefully take to ensure no cross-contamination. They order their GF flour (to make pizza dough) and GF pasta from Italy, along with their tomatoes! I ate both and really enjoyed them very much...and didn't get sick! What a great new addition to Sanibel!
