I met the owners, who were so kind and explained the precautions they carefully take to ensure no cross-contamination. They order their GF flour (to make pizza dough) and GF pasta from Italy, along with their tomatoes! I ate both and really enjoyed them very much...and didn't get sick! What a great new addition to Sanibel!
