I was absolutely blown away at Twigs. Even just walking and being asked who needed gluten free was so reassuring. I was so happily overwhelmed by all the options. I had the fried pickles as well as the fish and chips. All labeled gluten free and handled with care. The food came out fast, so fresh, and was incredibly delicious.

The best place to eat for gluten free. Everything can be made gluten free, they have a very extensive gluten free menu and cook all gluten free food in separate space. They especially make kids feel welcome with so many great gluten free kids items marked with a cute puppy dog. I have two celiac kids and they ask to eat here often

Excellent food. Went here twice while I was here, and tried to go a third time but they weren't open (most places were closed Sunday afternoon). Great fried chicken and waffles, steak sandwich and more. Great place for those with Celiac or gluten intolerance.

Fantastic! There are so many gf options and they dedicate a specific part of the kitchen just for gf. The atmosphere is really nice too. I ordered the ribs with fries and coleslaw. It was delicious, plus no side effects.

This little gem of a restaurant is fantastic! The gf menu is vast and, yes, it is true they have a separate kitchen in which they prepare the gf food. The staff is knowledgable and very helpful. We had the Walleye in Garlic Wine sauce, Fish and Chips, and even got some fish tacos to go for later.

This is our go to place when in Rochster. Dedicated gluten free kitchen, huge gf menu, educated staff, great customer service, great atmosphere. My daughter has celiac & I also order gluten free so we can share food. We always tey new things each time we go. Food has always been wonderful.

I have celiac and am extremely sensitive. I have now been here twice and the staff has been knowledgeable and the food is all prepared in a separate kitchen. What a find for anyone who is eating gluten free! They have a huge menu and a separate kitchen where the gluten free food is prepared.in both gluten and gluten free versions. I had crab cakes, fish and chips onion rings steak and everything was to die for!

We have NEVER seen a class-act, casual to dressy establishment with SO MANY pages ( “pages” … not “items” ) for selection for diners with Medical Celiac issues!

My wife loved the Street Taco Bowl; had no issues, and wanted to return multiple times on our short stay in the area to try the other options!

Staff was VERY knowledgeable on Celiac prep and delivery.

They have the exact same menu for Gluten Free as their regular menu. They have a gluten free dedicated kitchen and clearly mark the GF meals so there is no chance of a mix up. They do not charge extra for GF meals either. They are the same price as the regular menu. This is the one place we feel completely safe dining out. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

We were in town for a youth baseball tournament and we ate here since my 5 year old has celiac. The food was great and she loved her food.

Why aren't there more than 5 stars?! This place was the best. So many choices. Owner had celiacs so they get the whole cross contamination issue. We had onion rings! First time in 6 years! Their burger buns are soft and tasty. Full gluten free menu. Appetizers, salads, soups, entrees, and desserts. You have to try this place :-) Adding more... Just had soup!!!!! And flat bread with chicken teriyaki, pineapple and cheese. So delish!!! Four years later and I tried something new finally. The meatloaf was exceptional!

Experience was not great, but definitely has potential. The good…safety was clearly very important. They had a clear system which was obvious making sure the gf food was handled appropriately and safe. Huge gf menu with stuff you can’t get elsewhere so that was exciting. We splurged and ordered onion rings as an appetizer and those were awesome!! Prices were very reasonable, probably the best in Rochester. Main meal was just ok. Not bad but definitely not knock your socks of great. The bad…the service! There isn’t a good think that can be said about the service or the cleanliness of the restaurant. Food all over the floor and no one cleaned it up, we saw a server drop a spoon and proceeded to look at the spoon on the floor and walk away, we saw a server drop a straw and look at it then walk away. The food, spoon, and straw were on the floor for the entire time we were there. There was ample staff! There were so many servers standing around chatting with each other we couldn’t believe it. The non gf food was just ok. It had clearly sat under a warming light for a significant time while waiting for the gf food to be done. I love Twigs! The owners have celiacs, and make sure to provide a safe and pleasant experience for gluten free customers. The gluten free menu is just as long as the non gluten free one, and it is full of many of the options that I missed after my diagnosis (ravioli, fish and chips, safe French fries, Philly cheesesteak, etc.) Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! Party of two seated right away (no reservation) on a Saturday night. Before seating, they asked if either of us needed gluten free. I noticed the gf menu and the "regular" menu were different colors which makes it easy for the wait staff to see dietary needs—our server verified our needs verbally as she put in our order which was fantastic. All gf food came to the table with a marked pick. The food was beyond delicious.

I have been several times, first restaurant I braved after my autoimmune meltdown and subsequent diagnosis, go every time I'm at Mayo for my follow ups. LOVE this place. Go at lunch to avoid some of the rush or consider calling in advance for reservations if you're closer to dinner time. Dedicated GF menu and separate kitchen, everything is so delicious. My (non GF) husband and mother also have loved everything they've tried!

This was the very first restaurant i dared after my diagnosis—before I even had FMGF! When I saw a WHOLE MENU, I cried! We were visiting at Mayo last night and stopped in for dinner and it was just as good the second time! I got to have crispy ravioli and fish tacos and restaurant fries! So grateful! And my (non-Celiac) husband enjoyed his ribs, too!

This place is phenomenal. We are here for the second time. They asked if anyone was GF when they seated us and before our order was taken. Huge GF menu, separate kitchen, good rinks, reasonable prices. Everything we tried was so good! Will be back.
