Review of Twisted Root Burger Co

I am editing my rating down to 3 stars. While you can still get dedicated fries, the quality of the burger has significantly dropped since COVID which is a shame. The buns fall apart and make eating the burger as-is impossible. You won’t get sick, but it also won’t be a great experience. ————————————————————————- Dedicated frier, the best GF buns I've ever had, and just an all around great burger. The fries are excellent. We eat here regularly and have never had an issue, and I'm very sensitive.

The managers are well versed in GF and take it very seriously. At one point they had switched the buns to the current ones, and they looked and felt so much like regular bread we asked a manager to double check. She was so kind, and brought out a regular toasted bun and a toasted GF bun to show the difference. This is one place I feel like I don't have to worry I'm going to get glutened!!

PS - all the condiments are GF as well :)
