Uncle Buck's Fishbowl and Grill

While the menu had a couple of options marked as gluten free, I inquired with the waiter(he also checked with the manger and cook) re: grilling practices. He informed me they use seasoning on their meat that contains gluten, all of which is grilled on the same unit.

We happened to be there (bass pro shop) doing some shopping, and stopped in their restaurant and bowling alley (pretty cool combo as part of bass pro shop). They didn't have a dedicated GF menu, but were very accommodating. my wife had a burger without the bun and a salad, and an angry orchard beverage, and no problems noted. It's a cool place, kid friendly, bar/bowling alley, "under the sea" theme. the regular menu has some atypical menu items for the non-celiacs. Would definitely go there again if in the area. Also, it's only a few minutes away from adventureland!!!

while there is no gf menu, the manager was very helpful in making a selection. I added the complication of also being dairy free. The manager made a couple of trips to the kitchen to ensure all ingredients we're safe for me.
