Review of Uncle Will's Pancake House

Sadly, we just left Will’s and were not able to order gluten free food for our 10 year old celiac. We asked for the gluten free pancakes to be prepared using separate utensils and to clean the grill. The waitress told us that was not possible. I spoke to the owner and manager to make the same request and was told that the grill gets scraped between every serving but the griddle cannot be wiped down and utensils would not be changed. I asked if there was any accommodation that could be made based on prior reviews. I was told no because the kitchen is too busy and the owner does not have dedicated gluten free prep or cooking space. Not celiac safe.
