We eat here weekly. They have GF items marked on the menu and are very knowledgeable. I’m celiac and haven’t had any issues. One of my favorite spots.

Always order the salmon salad and have never gotten sick. The servers know a lot about allergies and how the food is prepared to accommodate them.

We called ahead and because they are a scratch kitchen they were able to accommodate our gluten allergy and it was clearly marked on the container and receipt.

I explained to the server that I was gluten free and he asked me if I was celiac and knew which menu items were safe for me. A different server delivered our food and she specifically said that mine was gluten free for celiac, which reassured me. The gf flatbread was delicious, and the cocktails were great too! Felt great after eating here and will definitely return.

My dinner of blackened fish on a GF roll with red onion, lettuce and tartar sauce was excellent and caused me no issues. Each member of our party of 3 (only one Celiac) fully enjoyed their choices.

I’ve eaten here 3 times - I loooove the tai chicken flatbread! And both kinds of Brussel Sprouts! I haven’t gotten sick and feel like they take GF Seriously :)

I've been going here for years and I'm always impressed by the options and flavors. Not a dedicated GF menu, but many items are naturally GF or can be easily substituted. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff are willing to discuss menu options and figure out if they are safe. Waiter said previous head chef was gluten free so staff are well educated and willing to accommodate. Good service.

VERY knowledgeable and accommodating from the greeter to servers I was very pleased with the variety of food I could choose from and as a celiac I didn't get sick. Food is super yummy and fresh. Will go back again and again
