I had high expectations after talking to the woman who checked us in at the hotel and reading reviews here. They had more limited options than I thought they would, and the waitress wasn’t able to answer many of my questions. After asking them to omit the wheat berries for celiac and after she confirmed the fryer was not dedicated, I noticed fried Brussels sprouts in my grain bowl. When I inquired she took it back and confirmed the sprouts were not gluten free. They remade my plate with separate pan fried sprouts without question, and offered a gluten free gelato to make up for it. But I still felt pretty uneasy eating my meal after the oversight. If you eat here I’d recommend diligence and asking about all ingredients to make sure they don’t overlook possible cross contact.
