I ordered a gluten free pizza at Uno's and although I did not see any cautions taking place. The server knew about this option and made sure she understood what I meant.

I always test the food for my husband (who is Celiac) and the GF crust was so good, I had to double check with a manager to make sure they gave us the GF crust. Very helpful manager. Delicious crust.

The GF pizza is amazing!! They actually have a thicker GF crust than most pizza places.

They do have gluten-free but I also have to be dairy - free. The menu advertised steamed broccoli and then it came smothered in butter :-( They were able to bake a pizza shell from Venice Bakery so I could have some of that GF "bread" with my meal. You really need to make sure that the server understands your needs.

Nice right next to Victoria theater and across the street from the Schuster. Make a reservation if going around show time. Udis buns, burgers, pizza, chili, dinners. They take gf seriously.

Their gf menu is great. Their gf food is delicious. I haven't tried the pizza.

I walked in expecting to be turned away. To my surprise they said they can accommodate me. The staff was friendly and their gluten free crust was really good. I didn't get sick! Thank you Uno's!

I have been here a handful of time in the last two years (while visiting family) and have had no issues. I order a gluten free pizza and/or a salad. I particularly like the berry salad and veggie pizza. No reactions and I am very sensitive.
