Menu is extremely misleading as far as what is actually safe.

Thankfully our server was extremely knowledgeable on both the menu and cross contamination risks.

Be aware they only use one fryer for everything including the tortilla chips and fries. Also a lot of their meats are marinated/roasted with their beer.

The do offer GF bun which was pretty tasty and the salad dressings are labeled easily enough.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Not safe, I ordered things marked GF on the menu and had the waiter check on things over 4 times (he was new, but he checked everything so it’s not his fault) to confirm they were gluten free. They could not have been based on me puking on the side of the road. I do not get very sick from cross contamination so it had to be actual gluten in the foods. I had chips and salsa and a burger on a gf bun, no sides. Ruined my last night in Indy.

Quite a few options in the menu are gluten free or can be made gluten free. The waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten free and celiac-safe options
