Menu is extremely misleading as far as what is actually safe.
Thankfully our server was extremely knowledgeable on both the menu and cross contamination risks.
Be aware they only use one fryer for everything including the tortilla chips and fries. Also a lot of their meats are marinated/roasted with their beer.
The do offer GF bun which was pretty tasty and the salad dressings are labeled easily enough.
