They did have a GF crust available. It is a small one size only. It was a very thin, hard cracker style crust. Personally, I thought it lacked flavor and they put very minimal cheese and sauce so it was quite bland. As far as other menu options I wanted a salad but the said none of their dressings were gf.
Not good at all. It is difficult to eat in Bishop as a gluten free vegetarian family. I was excited to find this place and try it out. However, I was very disappointed. We ordered a gluten free pizza. The sauce and toppings were just okay but the crust was terrible. It was bland and overcooked and tasted like a burnt cracker. Never again.
Call ahead. I went in with my parents, we sat down and waitress went to check if they have gf crust. NOPE!! Only 2 choices in this town so be mindful!!
Pizza crust had a lot of starch or gum in it. Before I had even worked through the half I had planned to eat in the restaurant, it was already getting gross. No leftovers for me.
Very friendly and helpful staff and the best gluten free pizza crust I have had!! Pizza is the only choice beside some of the salads.
