Seemed like they had a lot of options, but I got sick. I had a panini and I realized later that they use the same press for gf and regular. The panini was just ok.

They get 2 stars for offering gf. But should get zero for lack of knowledge on CC. I went for coffee, they had a wide variety of Anna Bs gf baked goods. In self service glass jars, along with wheat products, and 1 set of service tongs. When I tried to explain CC to staff, the woman clearly thought I was insane. No way will I bring my celiac kid there.

Excellent food and many GF options with excellent GF bread. They are very knowledgeable on cross contamination during preparation . Always has multiple soups that are GF and Vegan.

DONT EAT HERE. I ordered a sandwich of pimento cheese grilled on GF bread since it was suggested by the staff, assuring me that the bread and spread were GF. I was the sickest I have ever been since being GF! So disappointed since the food tasted great, the staff so friendly, and the atmosphere so pleasing. Four days later and I’m just getting over it. 😩

All sandwiches can be made on your choice of GF bread. The same kind of bread is available if you want to get their cheese plate too.

One of my fav lunch spots! GFree breads and they put it on foil to prevent cross contamination. Sandwich options are yummy. If you can have dairy, try the goat cheese with pesto and veggies. However, for that sandwich and some fruit and tea, it's 14 dollars!

We've eaten at this location as well as the one down in Shockoe Slip. Not an extensive menu but everything is prepared fresh and many items can be made gluten free. They also have gluten free items available in their market. One thing is grilled cheese toasts up much nicer on gluten free bread! 😉a bit pricey for what you get, however.

Amazing! Local and fresh food with seasonal menu. Their soups are so good and super filling. Locally baked gluten free bread in white or whole grain- both are yummy but I love the whole grain. Also serves as a small market for foods, beverages, and other goods.
