I had gluten free pancakes. The serving was massive. 3 plate size pancakes. They looked so good I was nervous to eat them. But I did not get sick. The person taking my order wasn’t knowledgeable about the items that were gluten free, but they easily asked someone else. I got the pancakes and spiced chia latte both amazing. I also got a sausage pattie. It was so gross I threw it out. Otherwise it was a great experience

Went for my first visit today after hearing about all the gluten free options. Had the eggs Benedict on a gluten free English muffin....excellent. I can't wait to go back and try more. I noticed all the meals being delivered to other customers and it all looked and smelled delicious. I have celiac and staff seems knowledgeable about cross contamination. I did not have any negative reactions.

Good selection. Staff didn't listen well or kitchen didn't read so had to send my salad back, due to croutons. My sandwich was excellent and marked properly.

Very excellent pancakes. We wanted a safe place to grab breakfast after a trip to Hershey Park. It’s approximately 30 minutes West of Hershey and it was so worth driving a bit out of the way! I found the menu was vague as far as which specific pancakes or French toast could be made GF. The staff told me to tell them which option sounds the best and they can tell me what on it isn’t GF. I asked for the Reese’s Pancakes and she advised all but the crumble is GF. They were delicious and really satisfying. I was told they take safety precautions. My non-GF family LOVED their food as well and said we’d absolutely be back next time we visit!

So many gluten free options! Definitely will be a repeat customer! I loved the cannoli French toast, but there were many other things that tempted me to try as well. I’m celiac and had no issues whatsoever.

Amazing! Staff is knowledgeable. I don't think I will go anywhere else for breakfast food again. It is busy and loud so not the best option if your short on time or want to meat a group and hear each other talk. But there is no better gf food options in the area.

Atmosphere was family friendly. Slow service, they are very busy. My family loved their non gluten free food, no issues. My gluten free pancakes were dough , uncooked & tasteless. Next time I'll just order eggs. I was very disappointed.

Valley Bistro is our favorite lunch spot. We have eaten there weekly since they opened 3yrs ago and I have never gotten sick. They have amazing creative delicious choices and I’m an excellent cook. It’s worth the wait! Staff is knowledgeable and always notes that I am Celiac. We always consider our meal there one of our weekend highlights. I’m a sensitive Celiac x 14yrs. I absolutely love this place—their food, staff, and ambience are all amazing! I am intolerant to gluten and love that they have lots of gluten free options (holy cannoli French toast was my fav)!! I was in the area for over a month and would go there every Saturday to eat and study, and the staff was very sweet and accommodating.

Awesome food and a great selection of Gluten Free items. The BBQ chicken (cauliflower) flatbread is one of my favorites. The GF Holy Canoli is to die for!! Yum! A little pricey, but great food. Only open for breakfast and lunch currently, but do occasional evenings where they have dinner.

This place was amazing!!! You have to pay attention to find the entrance, we passed it 3 times! Staff was very friendly, wish we didn’t live so far away!

Ordered BLTE with GF English muffin instead of regular & swapped out pesto mayo for regular. When we told them celiac as opposed to just a preference the lady waiting on us not only got it right but also went to the window and specified it was for CD. GF muffins are what they are. Sandwich was tasty. The service was fast and excellent. Not sick +++ the coffee was delicious. If we're ever back this way we will go back!

I have celiac and had no reaction. The food was amazing! I ordered the cannoli stuffed french toast. Everyone in my family loved the food including the ones that can eat gluten. The staff seemed trained well on food allergies and cross contamination.
