Review of Valley Bistro

Valley Bistro is our favorite lunch spot. We have eaten there weekly since they opened 3yrs ago and I have never gotten sick. They have amazing creative delicious choices and I’m an excellent cook. It’s worth the wait! Staff is knowledgeable and always notes that I am Celiac. We always consider our meal there one of our weekend highlights. I’m a sensitive Celiac x 14yrs.
