I rarely go to a place that has only one rating. But I felt good about this. And I am so glad I went there. The staff are very nice. They know just what to do. They reassured me. I had the gluten-free crust that was thin and cracker like, and did not crumble at all. The toppings were perfect. I will stop here again on the way back in New Mexico in a couple weeks! I am extremely sensitive to gluten being celiac and I'm very violent in my reaction. I was just fine! Thank you so much! Valley pizza!

The cauliflower crust was excellent. My son has celiac and this pizza hit the mark. He said it was the best one he had eaten so far. They were very helpful and friendly.
