Was bit disappointed as only gluten free pizza was available, which I didn’t really want. I got the pesto pizza which was very good, and it wasn’t to expensive either. Staff are knowledgeable, and helpful.

As another review mentioned, this is sort of a self-order restaurant where you order from a counter and later bring the food yourself to your own table. The staff here was quite aware of Celiac considerations and made it very clear it isn't a GF kitchen, but that they would take precautions. The pinsa [sic] arrived on its own foil plate and was delicious (and enormous)! The GF crust was chewy and tasty, the ingredients tasty, and did not experience any ill effects. We will go again!

As an aside, for English speakers, there were some staff who spoke plenty well for us to understand and navigate the unusual setup here. They also helped us navigate the latest COVID tracing app and protocols, which was new to us on this visit.

Amazing. They cook it separately and checked at the end to make sure I knew which one was gluten free. We went back the next night because it was so good the first night.

Ordered a gluten free pizza for my 10 year old daughter with celiac disease. Unfortunately she had a reaction and was very ill. Be carefull at this place!

Excellent pasta and pizza. It has a unique system where you get a little RF card when you come in and then you use it to pay for things around the store. When we went (which was 3pm on a Monday) it was very crowded which I suspect it is always very crowded. Don't come here if hangry or in a rush! Otherwise a fantastic italian GF experience!

Gluten free pasta and pizza made while you wait then sit to eat. Very busy when I went. 30 minute wait to be served.

Went to one of the locations close to accommodation. Had the bolanase pasta which was overcooked. The sauce wasn't the greatest either. A good point I didn't have a reaction. An option if you can't find anything else.

Wondeful place to eat! They knew exactly what I was asking for and very careful in the preparation of my food. Best Gluten Free Pizza I have had and the salad was heavenly. The salad was huge and the pizza was full size. Highly Recommed It.

GF and Vegan options. Food was very good. Menu is labelled clearly, and the chef that prepared my food put gloves on before he started.

Amazing GF menu. Had the pizza with Italian ham and mushrooms. Superb. Very good wine by the glass as well. The order system is a bit different as they give you a card that you take upstairs and when you get in line and order the card holds your order info. When you leave you give the card to the cashier so she knows what you bought. The employees all spoke English. Will definitely go back to try the risotto and pastas.

I have eaten here a few times. The quality and taste varies, but it is usually okay. Currently they are using a Schär dough for gluten free pinza. Unfortunately, it seems that the risk of cross-contamination also varies, since I had a reaction after my last visit. The other 8 or so times, I had no problem. Still, I will make sure to stress the fact, that I have celiac disease next time.

Pinsa was really good. You can see in the menu which pinsas are available glutenfree and there are also some simple salads too. I am not sure about cross contamination, I told them I had a really bad "allergie", since sometimes, like this, they understand better the importance of no traces, and they assured me it was safe.

De pinsa salame genomen. Zag er heel goed uit en was heel lekker! Werd geserveerd op een houten plank, maar er lag een papiertje op, zodat de pinsa de plank niet raakte. Ook heel lekker homemade lemonade! Alleen geen gv dessert :( Ennnnnnn een paar uur later heftig gereageerd op het eten, dus mogelijks toch geen 100% gv pinsa? Ik vermoed dat ze het tegen hebben uitgerold met gewone bloem of zo...
