Ate lunch on a busy Saturday. Seating was limited and since it was busy, safety wasn’t a highlight. Pizza was okay. The salads looked like good options.

Very very poor gluten free experience - I ordered a gluten free pizza, confirmed that was my order (and it said on my receipt). When I picked up my pizza and started to eat it- I then saw my mother who ordered a gluten containing pizza had an identical base. Just in case I went to the counter to ask if mine was gluten free and they said it wasn’t and then made out that I was an annoyance and in the wrong for asking. I did get a new gluten free pizza, but when I wanted to discuss this issue at the end - I again was made out to be an annoyance, and no apology was given by the manager.

I was warned by the hostess that the restaurant is not safe for celiacs, as cross contamination is likely. I am only gluten-intolerant, so we stayed and I ordered a gf pizza. It was not good. My family had the regular pizza diavolo and the ham and pineapple, and the lasagna. No one was thrilled with their food. Service was good, though.
No
Reliability good pizza and salads. Limited topping choices and requires giving clear instructions to the pizza bakers (it’s a self-service cantina-style restaurant). Good coffee too!

Very friendly and helpful! Yummy food, went there twice in our 4 days in Vienna! Would reccomend!
Really good, just a bit of a language barrier with the cook-- but he did understand the phrase 'gluten free'.
Really nice pizza here. I had the tuna pizza and was impressed with the amount of tuna they put on, as some places can often skimp on it. The gf base was also very good. It is cooked in a separate dish but in the same oven as the normal pizzas.
Yes
They bake the pizzas in the same oven as the non-gluten-free pizza.
Sometimes I get a bad reaction, sometimes not.
The staff changes the gloves when handling the pizza, the pizza itself comes on a disposable aluminum tray which is also used to bake the pizza.
Still in the same oven.
I am very allergic and I have 50% success rate not to get sick from the pizza.
If you are just intolerant, this place is perfect.
If you are celiac and very allergic, I would think twice.
Very clean. Our daughter liked it a lot. We went there several times. The only issue is that it's rather slow to get the food. But food is fresh, tastes excellent and real glutenfree
I loved that each dish is cooked separately! The whole concept of a pasta bar was awesome! They have zucchini noodles so I could eat Paleo. Bonus since most dishes in Vienna are heavy carbs. I really enjoyed this place.

Excellent gf offerings. The staff knew a lot about cross contamination and what could/couldn’t be done. I asked the guy making my pizza if he was going to change his gloves (after making a regular pie), and he seemed almost offended by the question. Of course he was! Tasty food, great for an easygoing date night.
Yes
Menu is well marked, each dish is cooked in its own pan so no cross contamination. Excellent food. I had salmon risotto and friend (also Celiac) had mushroom risotto. Both were amazing.
Yes
They had gluten free pasta and pizza. I got pizza and it was fine. Pretty standard gluten free, kinda tasted like a store bought pre cooked gluten free pizza crust. It was cool that they had so many options though.

I have eaten here a few times. The quality and taste varies, but it is usually okay. Currently they are using a Schär dough for gluten free pinza. Unfortunately, it seems that the risk of cross-contamination also varies, since I had a reaction after my last visit. The other 8 or so times, I had no problem. Still, I will make sure to stress the fact, that I have celiac disease next time.

Pinsa was really good. You can see in the menu which pinsas are available glutenfree and there are also some simple salads too. I am not sure about cross contamination, I told them I had a really bad "allergie", since sometimes, like this, they understand better the importance of no traces, and they assured me it was safe.
