Almost everything is gluten free. As far as I saw on the menu, the only thing that contained gluten was the pizza. But you could order a pizza with gluten Free dough. Because everything is gluten free this time the gluten pizza is prepared in a different area haha, nice to experience that for the first time. Starters and the pizza where amazing! Menu only available in Italian, so if you are not some Google translate is advised haha. Would really recommend!

Really enjoyed this place. Super friendly waiter, a very long list of gluten free options and it tasted great. Safety and celiac awareness was extremely good— I think there may have only been one or two things that contained gluten. Had a fantastic GF pizza. The setting is nice — maybe a little unusual in that it seems to be a tiny farm in the middle of an airport/light industrial area. Would guess that most of the clientele works in the area with the exception of people like us coming from or heading to the airport (keep in mind that without a car it’d be a 45 minute walk). Highly recommend if you’re nearby.

The rest Ausra is 6 mins away from Florence airport. It has a large car park and is a renovated barn design - large and airy! Staff is v helpful and friendly. I am intolerant to onion and garlic as well as avoiding gluten and try to avoid dairy. I had their gluten free pizza! Delicious! Definitely recommend. My husband had wild boar stew. Also v good.
