Very friendly staff and awesome food! I ordered the GF mozzarella sticks, potato skins and garlic bread topped with Mozzarella. I have missed all of these foods and they did not disappoint. There are even GF desserts. I will definitely be back when I am in the area.

This place was so good! It’s in a shopping center and looks like a hole in the wall place. Those used to be the best (when I ate gluten and dairy) and evidently still are! We had the chicken quesadillas (GF, DF) and the fish and chips (GF, DF). Both were awesome! Then, we ordered a GF/DF 10” pizza to take to the condo for a late night snack! Stop by when you’re in the area. We will definitely be back! Local family owned and they are very nice, too.

Wow, this place has GF everything thanks to their dedicated fryer and awareness. They have 17 GF appetizers including mozzarella sticks, potato skins, toasted ravioli, meatballs, quesadillas, etc!

We ordered a bunch (my personal favorites were the mozzarella sticks and lasagna). I still need to go back and try the fish and chips, the other pasta sauces and the other pizza crusts. They have 4 GF crusts, 2 of them are GF/DF and one is GF/DF/Egg Free. They also have a lot more DF options than I usually notice.

This place is not dedicated gluten free and it’s a pizza place so there is some risk. I didn’t have a reaction and they are very aware.

They have weird hours (4-8pm, 7 days a week) so be aware of that.

I go to Vertoris every time I come to Florida. This time I tried the GF eggplant Parmesan which was to die for. We also had the New England clam chowder. My mother and brother are not celiac and they said it was the best pizza they’ve ever had. They also have a full showcase of gluten free desserts!

UPDATE: March 10, 2023 - I, for the first time ever got sick from Vertoris. I am absolutely upset and disappointed that my favorite goto is ruined for me now. I'm in horrible pain and have been running back and forth to the bathroom all night. It's literally the only thing I've had all day. Couldn't be anything else.

Love everything here . Safe.. Gluten free everything. Separate fryer.

This appears as a hole in the wall place and offers carry out or delivery only but it's fantastic! They're only open during dinner hours and are very busy with orders. A local from the area said this place is in the top two for pizza in Bradenton.

They have a lot of gluten free and dairy free options. There was a case with only GF desserts inside! I ordered the GF Spinach Alfredo pizza, GF mozz sticks, and a GF turtle brownie. All of it was delicious and I had no tummy issues. They also offer GF pasta dishes and GF hoagies. I will go back before my vacation down here ends!

Very safe establishment and tons of options for gluten free. The pizza was good, but the other food we ordered was not good. I don’t know if it was an off day or what, but chicken wings were soaked with oil that tasted old-like it hadn’t been changed in years, other food was mushy and didn’t taste fresh. I don’t think I would go back again.

They have dedicated gluten-free kitchen. The owner is celiac himself. Little to no possibility for cross-contamination. The only restaurant I’ve eaten from and never had a reaction.

I am GF & DF The menu had many options. I had the chicken parm with daiya cheese, GF spaghetti & yes GF focaccia bread. I was fine! Great place for the price and large portions. Definitely on my list for next time!!!

I have to write a review for this place because its selection of Gluten Free food is amazing. I am celiac, travel a lot and this is the only place I've found to get fried mozzarella! And they have a dedicated fryer AND kitchen space. I admit, I was skeptical, so I used my Nima to test both the mozz sticks and garlic bread and they came back 100% great! Gluten-free people rejoice! Staff is also super friendly.

Lots of gf choices and a dedicated gf fryer. I’ve been coming here off and on for several years while visiting Sarasota. Never had a problem until a couple of days ago. Had french fries and quesadillas which I get all the time. I always stress gf and allergy. Unfortunately, I was severely sick within 3 hours! I even called the next day to see if a mistake was made using the wrong items or fryer. The person who got my call had no answer for me. New people working there and unfortunately a mistake was made. Sad.

The best gluten free options in the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has to be GF. The cheese sticks and garlic bread were delicious. Not to mention she has alot of dessert options that she has made. We met the owner and she is so sweet. I wish I could give her 10 stars! Absolutely horrible .!!! There "famous mozz sticks were completely hollow, my GF French fries were half frozen, and my GF chicken strips were cold and tasted extremely salty. I'm so disappointed. Will never go back .

I visit this place every time I go to the beach! It’s delicious food and I’ve never gotten sick! They immediately asked if anyone was Gluten Free or Vegan. Good service and amazing food!!! The meatball marinara was amazing! Meatballs were huge! And the fried mozzarella..to die for! We also got the three cheese pizza crust and it was the fluffiest GF pizza I’ve ever had! Try this little hole in the wall Pizza Place if you have the opportunity!

This place is awesome. Pizza place but has gluten free Italian dinners, eggplant parm, meatballs, cheesesteak, soupsand best of all for me gluten free French fries. Also gluten free homemade desserts.....key lime pie, cheesecake, brownies, cookies......alll yummy. Went there 2 times this week and loved both meals. Staff friendly and service excellent. Take out too. Will be back again before I go home to Pa.

Hidden gem! They have a great gluten/dairy free menu and even vegan pizza sauces. Really accommodating for people with food allergies. They also have gluten and dairy free desserts such as brownies, cookies and cupcakes. Very friendly staff.

We were so excited to find this place! A quaint atmosphere, friendly and outgoing service, delicious food! We had the GF lasagna and Ravioli’s... we were in heaven!

We went there twice during our week in Bradenton. The pizza is great, and the steak sub was awesome. Good prices. Dedicated fryer. Staff is very knowledgeable. And they have plenty of gluten free desserts. I highly recommend this place. They have lots of choices.

What a find! The gluten free pizza was exceptional and the desserts were amazing! We visited with the owner for several minutes and she was wonderful and very reassuring of the efforts they take to keep us safe. We’re planning to go back next week. Can’t wait!

Great diamond in the rough pizza place . Have been visiting here for years with my gluten free daughter . Always have a great meal, and staff are friendly and concerned about keeping everything safe for Celiac’s.

The service was fantastic and the food was incredibly delicious.

Being sandwiched between two large brand names stores in a shopping district, it blended in and was a little difficult to pick out from the road. But that’s the only nitpick I have from our experience.

Once we stepped inside, the waitress was quick to warmly greet and seat us at a table. She was patient and greatly accommodating; both in our orders and my father’s request to turn the music down.

The food was some of the best I’ve had; especially in the gluten free department. From appetizers to desserts, the menu has a whole page dedicated to GF. My mother got to have mozzarella sticks for the first time in 15 years, and for being GF they were awesome.

We will definitely be returning in the future to try more of their various desserts and pizza.

Go for the food and to chat with the owner, Dave. He’s awesome! I was sooo nervous about eating here but it was the best pizza I’ve had, maybe ever. I had the fried ravioli, chicken Alfredo pizza, and peanut butter pie. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals and no reaction!!!

Oh my goodness we drove an hour to try this and we weren't disappointed. Friendly atmosphere was nice but the food was to die for. Hubby hasn't had eggplant parm in a decade since turning gf but tonight oh gosh, we'll be coming back for more, and often. The pizza crust was soooooo good, far better than the frozen stuff in the store and dominoes attempt at gf. Stop here and eat, you won't be sorry.

What a great experience! Don’t let the outside appearance sway you from going in. A total gem! They have a plethora of gluten free options - the most I have ever seen at any restaurant. Pizza, pasta, bread, desserts, etc. The owner, Nicole, took my order and confirmed that they take all the necessary precautions in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination and also have a dedicated fryer. She shared that she has family members who require gluten free options so this is near and dear to their heart. ❤ I had the fried mozzarella sticks, a meatball and mushroom pizza, and the peanut butter pie. I also took a seven layer bar home with me for another day. I felt great afterwards. I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you!

I was visiting the area while on vacation with friends. Where I live very few restaurants have dedicated fryers, so I was beyond excited. The food was amazing and the service was excellent.

As we prepare for our upcoming vacation to Siesta Key, our entire family is looking forward to visiting our new favorite place to eat! We discovered this place last year and we could not be more satisfied. The family staff are very personable and friendly, and the gluten free options are incredible. We enjoyed several meals there with our family and everything was great, including the deserts. Our family of seven eat a STRICT gluten free diet and two of our group are highly sensitive to cross contamination. Not one issue! This is a quaint, unassuming pizza place, but what an absolute gem for anyone looking for great food from great people. Hint: Chicken Parmigiana Alfredo and Buffalo Chicken Pizza!

Ah.maz.ing!!!!! The food options, Esp for gluten free, are out of this world (vegan also). Full dessert case of awesome gluten free desserts (cupcakes bars and pies) and a FULL gluten free menu including stuffed pastas, fried food (separate fryer), bread, pizza and pasta. Food was very tasty and reasonably priced. Space inside is limited and it's in a strip mall area, but WELL worth having a meal here.
