This is some of the best pizza I have ever had, period. However, they do use wheat starch that has had the gluten removed, so people who are extremely sensitive to gluten should probably go somewhere else. It has been fine for me though, so it all boils down to if you are willing to take the risk.

I’ve eaten here 3 times. They prepare the dough in the kitchen first thing each morning before they start on gluten dough. This was the first pizza that actually has a normal crust. It’s like it deep dish. So good!!!

Host ensured me that they take good precautions, but weren't able to provide more info like what flour is used, etc. I downloaded the menu online that has an allergy statement stating that those with severe allergies should probably not eat here. I can't risk it so left without ordering, but non-celiac GF folks should still try it. The food looked and smelled amazing

It was the best tasting gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. I did hear that it was wheat based flour with the gluten removed, so I’m wondering if that is what caused me to get sick. I’m newly diagnosed celiac but this is the first time I’ve gotten sick since going gluten free.

You can get just about anything on the menu gluten free, and it tastes stellar. Plus, the wait staff was super awesome and understanding

First time eating here and it was delicious. We got the gluten free cheese sticks and my daughter who has Celiac got the gluten free pepperoni pizza. The waiter was knowledgeable about Celiac and made sure he put down that it was an allergy. She is pretty sensitive to gluten and she had no problem with this place.

Definitely not very good at gluten free. Tried to go here many times and each time either me or my mom get sick so don’t go here if you’re a celiac.

Best glutenfree pizza in Salt Lake for sure! I have celiac disease and have ordered from here several times. I've never had a reaction and I hope it stays that way! I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because there's not a dedicated gluten free area as far as I know.

I’ve eaten here twice and both times I got sick. I don’t have full celiac, so if it makes me sick I can only imagine what it will do to someone who is more sensitive than me.

Unfortunately, both the gluten-free pepperoni pizza and the gluten-free breadsticks had gluten detected with the NimaPartners Gluten Sensor. The general manager was kind, though, when she called me, and she refunded my order and said she'd talk with her kitchen staff, so hopefully others will have a better experience.

Absolutely delicious! They have more GF options than other pizza places- I got an appetizer and dessert. It was awesome, and I can’t wait to go back!

Staff was very knowledgeable about cross contact. I ate successfully without getting sick. Pizza was deep dish. Chewy in an unusual way for us celiac folks. Really different. Really quite good.
