Very Disappointed. I was not a fan of their gf pizza. The sauce wasn’t great, very thick crust…overall not great for a homemade crust.

They clearly took proper precautions to prevent cross-contact for the steak boli (cheesesteak stromboli) and it tested negative for gluten with my Nima Sensor. It was excellent. The salmon entree tested positive for gluten the 2 times that they made it so I did not eat that. The service was very slow but I was so happy to have found safe GF stromboli.

The alfredo sauce is GF … we had the chicken alfredo pizza with spinach, absolutely delicious and no reaction at all. Also, had the caprese salad which was equally delicious. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. So, so good!

The best GF pizza I've had, and we eat in NYC often. Never had any symptoms and we get it and their calzones regularly. Actually good crust not the premade sorry excuse most places call pizza. And you can customize everything. Definitely worth a road trip.

These guys at Via Roma 2 definitely have some great gluten free pizza. The crust isn't super thin like most places and it holds up pretty damn well. Even a gluten loving friend said he couldn't tell the difference and said he might actually prefer the gluten free pie. If you find yourself in Allentown NJ I would say you should definitely stop in. Mario who works behind the counter is very friendly and very helpful. We got Extra Cheese and Pepperoni as well as Garlic and Black Olives with no issues. Well worth the drive and we will definitely be back.

I’ve tried pizza in New York and in many locations in both NYC and NJ, I’m pretty sure this just may be the best gluten-free pizza this far! Will return!!

Their GF pizza crust is the best I’ve had! I always ask for it well done and it’s thick and crunchy. I am celiac and have not gotten sick from eating here.

We order from here regularly, and they are fantastic. They're very knowledgeable about gluten and I've never gotten sick after eating here. I love the GF pasta in their homemade sauces, especially the alfredo or vodka sauce. The chicken and broccoli roll is also amazing. They offer GF pizza, calzones, stromboli, pasta, and entrees. Great service!

GF Stromboli DELICIOUS! Numerous GF choices on the menu! Their pizza dough uses potato vs. rice flour. Service was excellent. Our waitress was knowledgeable & attentive.

Great gluten free options!! Was able to get a chicken alfredo gf pizza, chef confirmed that the alfredo sauce was gluten free. Loved it and already want to come back to try more options!!

Great place with great food. The owner/ chef came out and talked to us. They use rice flour on their pizza prep, counter to prevent CC. Sweet guy! Nice staff!

As a Celiac, this was a breath of fresh air! The owner wad very knowledgeable on the concept of gluten and cross-contamination. I ordered a pizza and for the first time in years, I enjoyed my pizza!! I also got a chocolate cake to go with no reaction!

Delicious and super safe for Celiacs. Highly recommend!

Their GF pizza is amazing. Crust, cheese and sauce are all very good, I always get a mushroom pie. I have Celiacs and have never had an issue with this pizza. I make sure to tell them I have Celiacs and they know how to prepare it to the Gluten Free standards. I saw the "pizza maker" wash off the pizza cutter before cutting my GF pizza into slices and everything. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice little place. They don't have a ton of non pizza items that are gf but I'm okay with that because I always get pizza. The pizza is much better than most gf pizzas in restaurants. My husband and I ordered 3 thinking they would be those super tiny ones we usually get at restaurants, but they were sizeable and the crust is pretty substantial so they are filling, so we took one and a half home with us.

The service was a little slow, but nothing terrible. the environment is very casual, so I wouldn't go for date night, but I would definitely go again.

Great local pizzeria/Italian restaurant. They have yummy gluten free pizza. If you are gluten intolerant and don't have to worry about cross contamination ask Mike to cook it on the stone. It gets nice and crispy. They can make most dinners on the menu gluten free. I just tried their new gluten free crab cakes and they are DELICIOUS!!! Can't wait for their new dedicated gluten free menu to come out. If you're in the Allentown NJ area you do not want to miss a meal at Via Roma.

I have been there numerous times, and I can't believe a pizzeria has so much to offer in gluten free. This week they had gluten free crabcakes on special. They were delicious.They are very accommodating to my request. The owner said they will be trying a gluten free wrap for sandwiches. Keeping my fingers crossed

Excellent place!! Great gf food, great service, great people!! We tried gf chicken marsala with gf pasta and gf pizza. Place very accommodating to celiacs. Will return!!
