The bartender was great and went back and forth to the kitchen 2-3x to ensure the ingredients were safe. Their chips at this location are not safe because they are in a shared fryer. After asking lots of questions, I ordered the taco salad as it seemed it was the safest option. I made sure to ask for it without tortilla strips. The only thing I was concerned about was being told the chefs could not wipe down the grill for me. Unfortunately, I did get mildly glutened from cross contamination. It was either them not wiping the grill for my meat or the ground beef itself wasn’t gf. My symptoms are extremely mild, so the CC was minimal, but if you are super sensitive i would avoid eating here.

They were very kind and were extremely accommodating with going back and forth to check items with the chef, but they didn’t have any gf items on their menu. They said everything is going to be about 80% gf and that doesn’t work if you have celiac 😅. I did appreciate the honesty though.

Was here with a large group dining on a set menu. While my server was not very knowledgeable about what items contained gluten, both the kitchen manager and GM came and spoke with me and checked in on me. They did confirm chips have their own fryer and could accommodate their salmon entree for me being celiac.

Chips are now GF from what I’ve been told! I haven’t experienced any issues. The tacos and drinks are really good. It can be busy especially at night, so confirm your server knows about your sensitivities.

Went with a big group, so very nervous. I called ahead and they said they could absolutely accommodate me and to ask for chef Alex when I got there. He came over to the table, was very knowledgeable. Walked me through the appetizers and entrees that were safe (quite a few). We had the flaming fundido and he brought me corn tortillas prepared separately from the flour. Went with street tacos with corn tortillas and rice and beans for entree. Chef Alex came back several times to check on me. Great experience
