The bartender was great and went back and forth to the kitchen 2-3x to ensure the ingredients were safe. Their chips at this location are not safe because they are in a shared fryer. After asking lots of questions, I ordered the taco salad as it seemed it was the safest option. I made sure to ask for it without tortilla strips. The only thing I was concerned about was being told the chefs could not wipe down the grill for me. Unfortunately, I did get mildly glutened from cross contamination. It was either them not wiping the grill for my meat or the ground beef itself wasn’t gf. My symptoms are extremely mild, so the CC was minimal, but if you are super sensitive i would avoid eating here.
