I spoke to the owner and learned how they support gf and celiacs.
Pizza- gf crust and crust is on wax paper to separate flour areas, like Blaze.
Pasta- gf pasta is cooked in a dedicated gf boiler.
She does caution that there is flour all over the kitchen. They do their best with cross-contamination.

My husband and I love the Gluten free NY style pizza from here. We have had it three times and my husband has not gotten sick at all from it. I would recommend getting your pizza cooked with the lightly crispy crust— the crispy crust is REALLY crispy.

We called the restaurant and asked if it was celiac safe (i.e. do they have a separate space for gluten free prep, etc.), and they do not keep things separate and wouldn't recommend that celiacs eat here.

i’ve gotten pizza here countless amounts of times! i get take out or eat in the restaurant and it is the best gf pizza i’ve ever had and never once had a reaction! super yummy and also pasta is offered gluten free!
