I think there is a lot on this menu that is gluten free. In fact the bao maybe. I was with a group of Germans, but they weren’t helping me navigate the menu nor with the wait staff. This is what happens when you go with people from work. I played it safe based on my knowledge of Vietnamese food. Spring roll was good and I had the green papaya salad with spring. The flavor was great. Cash only!
