Review of ViewHouse Centennial

I was here for the first time this past weekend for lunch. Beautiful restaurant with great views of the mountains. Daughter and I both have celiac and had to ask the server what items in the menu could be made gluten free as nothing is marked (big bummer for such a large restaurant that is part of a chain). Fortunately had a knowledgeable waitress. All burgers can be served with a gluten free bun and all salad dressings for the salads are gluten free. Doesn't leave a lot of choices on the menu but the burgers we ordered were very good. Waitress was not sure if fries had a dedicated fryer and seemed to not know how to find out. Other gluten free sides available but you will pay extra. Fun but pricey meal.
