Staff has a list of allergens handy and can immediately inform you of allergen status. They do use new spoons for clients with allergies. When I shared my concerns on possible cross contamination the server listened and was very polite. After she gave me my daughters ice cream she informed me that she used a new bin with a clean spoon just to make sure it was safe for my daughter. Also want to note that they do offer GF cones!!!!
