It turns out their extensive GF menu is actually very limited! As I explained to our waitress that I'm a celiac and get very I'll if eat gluten, she shared that everything listed GF is before it's cooked and that most items come in contact with gluten while being cooked. (For example the fries are cooked in the same oil as gluten.) So that left me with GF pizza or a salad. Very disappointing.

I’ve had several great experiences which would have made me leave 4 or 5 stars, however this past week my wife and I ate here for lunch. I ordered the GF Pizza (after getting an eye roll from the waitress when I asked for the GF menu). I thought it was delicious and one of the best crusts I’ve had due to its texture. Two days later I’m still in pain. Did some searching and realized I had been served their NORMAL crust and not the GF crust which is much thinner.

Hands down the best gf pizza I've ever had. I love a good thin crust but it gets boring and is usually soggy but this one was anything but. Nice thick crust and plenty of toppings to choose from. Their gf mac is always a solid option, along with their burgers. They don't have a separate fryer but do specify which items are fried and not suitable for Celiacs. This place is a favorite of mine due to so many options and I've never been sick after eating here!

They do have a pretty extensive GF menu, but look carefully for anything marked with an asterisk as these are items cooked in the shared frier. As a result there are no safe appetizers, for example.

Not safe for anyone with celiac or a gluten allergy. No dedicated fryer and they put a lot of their food in a fryer. Salads are okay if you omit the chickpeas and croutons. They do have GF pizza cooked in separate pans. So if you’re celiac, stick to the salads and GF pizza. Also, last time I asked, they cook their GF pasta in a separate pot so the GF Mac and cheese is safe. I’m dairy and grain free so this place isn’t the best for me.

They do have a GF menu. Waitress was not GF knowledgeable as I asked if the fries were in a dedicated fryer and she said “yes we only cook onion rings in there too and the oil is so hot it gets rid of the gluten!” I opted for the broccolini. The burger was a bit charred. The broccolini was oily and bland. I did get sick, probably from ignorance and cross contamination. Will not go back and do not recommend.

This place has a large gluten free menu, and notes which items contain ingredients fried in the same frier as gluten ingredients. The gluten free mac and cheese is very good. It also has a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Awful! Most of the gf menu was not gf at all if you have celiacs. Was really disappointed with lack of knowledge from wait staff as well.

Loved it. Separate GF menu available. The two lead chefs have peanut and shellfish allergies themselves so they are very strict about how allergy orders are handled. The GF burger buns are the BEST I've had anywhere and I have tried a lot over the year! Really enjoyed my meal and did not get sick. No dedicated fryer but at least they are super clear on the menu about where that is an issue.

Our new favorite restaurant. Extensive GF menu. Not sure where they get their rolls but different from what restaurants usually have, and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. So nice to have something other than Udi's or Schar. Must be made locally.

We didn't wait as long as they said we'd have to, and it was definitely worth it. Server was also knowledgeable about dairy free menu items which was a plus.

Some reviewers here said it is a shared fryer but the menu states there is a dedicated fryer for chips and fries and the server confirmed this with me.

Food is awesome, often long waits, go early or bring your patience. Lots of gluten free options, and never had a bad meal. Also Chef has a peanut allergy, so he understands food allergies

I've only had pizza here, but it is one of my favorite gluten free pizzas. They offer more gourmet toppings--try a pizza with gruyere cheese with a combination of veggies and you can't go wrong.

GF pizza prepared on the same surface as other pizzas. Oil & grill also shared with gluten containing products. $1.50 more for gf bun, bringing burger to about $13-&14. Enjoyed my Redbridge & the decor but highly disappointed that another business ranks profit higher than their customers health.

I went to Vinsetta Garage for the first time last night and I was really impressed. I got the lamburger (minus the fried chilis since the fryer isn't GF) on a GF bun with a side of the corn quinoa salad - both were delicous! The burger was cooked perfectly medium and I'm going to be craving the salad until I can get back there :)

The GF pizza was good, but what I really wanted was a vegetarian burger. The staff could not promise that the quinoa in the burger was GF and since it was the only veg burger, I was left to choose another item. The fries smelled great but they share a fryer so I couldn't have those either. Over all the atmosphere was great and so was the staff, but severely limited choices if your GF and vegetarian. Almost forgot to mention the house salad. Looked very yummy, but the dressing was so un-appealing I almost couldn't eat it

They have gluten free beer, pizza and buns for burgers. Pizza was standard. Haven't had burger bun but non GF folks rave about the burgers.
