The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and what is gluten free. I asked a lot of specific questions: what spices are used, sauce etc. she answered all questions and said that her so. Is the chef and he has celiac. Final result: I did not get sick. I got the Chilean sea bass and veggies. It was probably the best I’ve ever had. Was tasty and not bland! Highly recommend!

Great little restaurant with nearly all the items GF. Wonderful not having to worry about cross contact. Crab cakes were super delicious. Recommend eating inside as the bugs are a bit unbearable once it turns dusk.

The food looked great, if only I had a chance to eat it! We made a reservation, but the hostess claimed she called us and that we had cancelled. No one in my party ever received a call. The hostess accused us of lying and was very rude. Based on other reviews, this is a safe place to eat gluten free! Just make sure you confirm your reservation before you show up.

amazing. owner has celiac, so most of the menu is gf. our server went above and beyond to make sure my food was safe. he had me order first and triple checked to make sure our dessert (a belgian waffle) was gf (it was. & the fluffiest waffle i’ve ever eaten). pls come here if you’re in cape may!

This place is AMAZING! Awesome food and like the owner said, a majority of the menu is gluten free. My boyfriend was able to get crab cakes, the sea bass, and a cheesecake waffle dessert. Everything was amazing and cannot recommend this place enough. Staff was super knowledge about options for celiacs. THANK YOU!

Delicious food in a comfortable outdoor seating area. Server told us that most things in the menu could be gluten free if requested. I had a BBB grilled cheese (bacon, blackberry, and Brie) that I double checked was GF. The bread was so good, I never would have guessed!
