We have been several time and my son has not had any issues. He likes the chicken soup but has had the rotisserie a chicken and sides also. He has celiac and they asked the kitchen staff to change their gloves before preparing his food.

Viva Chicken is NOT gluten free. I’ve been there twice and have been sick both times. Not sure whether it’s the food or the cross contamination, but definitely will NOT go there again!

I was so excited about this place opening. They had a list of allergens so I was able to avoid gluten when ordering. My first visit was with a gluten sensitive friend. The food was very tasty. She barely made it home to get sick. I was somewhat sick the next day. A few weeks later I ate there with my family because I chalked up the first experience to it being their opening day. Mistake - the next day I was very sick. I ordered items that were purported to be gluten free. Either they aren’t or there is cross contamination in the kitchen.

Lots of gluten free options, let them know your gf for a glove change. Tasty, Rice bowl or stuffed avacado and passion fruit drink is my go to.
They have allergy menu online and in house if you ask.

Super frustrated with Viva Chicken, I’ve been eating here for months and only just found out that the chicken is all marinated with ingredients containing wheat, which means all chicken is contaminated with gluten. Won’t be returning as not being able to eat the chicken makes the menu pretty sparse.

The chicken is no longer gluten free. The staff was clueless, but finally a manager came out and said that the chicken is now marinated in beer that contains gluten.
