Excellent sandwich! I had the chickpea salad sandwich and my daughter had the Bahn Mi. For the bahn mi they subbed a different pork. Everything was really good. The GF bread is so good!

Excellent gluten-free bread for their exquisite sandwiches. If you order the Banh Mi, make sure they sub out the pork for shoulder. Their marinade has trace gluten.

Absolutely amazing food. They have a gluten free bread option for their sandwiches that is truly amazing. I think it was called Barn Owl. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and the clams. Scruptious I tell you. Felt safe eating here too and no reaction.

This small shop has a knowledgeable chef/owner. My 5 yr old is the celiac in our family and we ordered a kids bun cha (vietnamese noodle bowl) for him and the chef subbed out the non GF soy marinated pork for GF pulled pork and also swapped out the non GF hoisin sauce for GF soy sauce. They also have GF bread available for their sandwiches.
