This small shop has a knowledgeable chef/owner. My 5 yr old is the celiac in our family and we ordered a kids bun cha (vietnamese noodle bowl) for him and the chef subbed out the non GF soy marinated pork for GF pulled pork and also swapped out the non GF hoisin sauce for GF soy sauce. They also have GF bread available for their sandwiches.
