They tried to help me make choices that would have the least amount of gluten, but I don't think there's anything other than edamame that's safely gluten free. They asked about cross contamination being a thing.
I mainly wanted to say that there is no gluten free menu, and there is nothing that indicates what has or doesn't have allergins. I did get a ride bowl with some things on it. I expect some level of contamination.

A few years back, I was pretty sure Wagamama had little gf symbols on their menu, but this seems to no longer exist. The staff wasn’t too sure about gluten free options and had to ask a manager. There were very few options (maybe two or three) and when I got my food, it looked like the tofu was fried in something, so we asked to confirm. Ended up eating it because they said it was fine. While I somehow didn’t get sick after, it was very suspicious and didn’t feel safe for celiacs at all.

I got sick after eating at this location this week. The waiter we started with seem to have a clue about food allergies, but then he disappeared and a waitress who really didn't want to wait on our table took over. When I asked her if one of the condiments was gluten-free, she simply responded that maybe it was. I used to do better here, and the combination of now being sick and the really angry and uncommitted attitude of the wait staff, perhaps indicative of an unpleasant workplace, makes me think this place is too dangerous for celiac to eat that. Don't make my mistake and eat here.
Despite having a gluten free menu and supposedly everything being cooked separately I got sick immediately after eating here. I'm almost positive it was due to the food here and not anything else I ate as I ate at home earlier in the day. Unfortunate because the chicken ramen was good (the gf menu option). I'm usually not super sensitive so there must be something in their cooking process that contaminates.
I've gotten sick after eating here more than once :( It's too bad because the Wagmama in London did a great job with keeping the food celiac friendly.

I love Wagamama, but the fryer is shared and the staff is not trained to point out which menu items come from the shared fryer. I stick to rice and steamed veggies after getting sick a few times.
Haven't eaten here, but the dietary filter on the website says only "cereals",..not gluten, not rice, not wheat...and then it takes you to items that contain noodles, possibly rice noodles...I'm sorry, is rice not a cereal grain??
I called ahead to find out what options they had available. They have a rice noodle that they said could be substituted in the chicken ramen, and that to ask for the item to be made gluten free. The menu is not labeled.
It wasn’t bad, but tasted basically like chicken noodle soup.
Given the limited options I would recommend going somewhere else if you have a choice.

We shared our allergies very clearly at the beginning of the meal. Unfortunately the chicken donburi bowl made me very sick, even though it was supposed to have been prepared GF and Sesame free. Neither were noted on the ticket, so I think they just didn't do it. Ruined my meal and my day.

I thought this restaurant would be ok to try bc a previous review said "almost everything can be made gluten free". That's incorrect.
As of January 2023 only 3 things in the menu can be made gluten free (as per the waiter). Chicken Pad Thai, Chicken Ramen and another chicken dish I forgot.
Already seemed to be the blandest items on the menu and making it gluten free caused items (and flavors) to be left out.
My two gluten eating dinner companions said their food was just ok, as well.

One dish was able to be modified to be gluten free and it lost all its flavor when modified.
