Wasabi: All-You-Can-Eat Sushi

Servers were very patient with my many questions. They have tamari and said they could make fried rice with it so I could still have it. Accidentally ordered a special roll that had “crunch” in it and the server came back and offered to sub it out. All in all had a great experience but did feel a little nervous about cross contact generally.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

They were very friendly and willing to accommodate by changing gloves, providing GF soy sauce, and preparing separately. They seemed to know about gluten but not too much about celiac and cross contamination because they ended up bringing out my sushi on a wooden tray/plate. This surprised me since most of the sushi came out on ceramic plates, I was worried there may be Cc risk with previous use leaving soy sauce etc in the wood, but overall it was okay.

This place is so good! They have gluten free soy sauce and all you can eat sushi...what more can I say? Definitely recommend!
