This was a nice and busy diner on a Sunday morning, extremely standard diner breakfast fare. They have either a separate/gluten free griddle or a dedicated section of the griddle (I'm not sure which). They also have a separate/gluten free toaster. Most of the menu can be made gluten free except the sausage gravy (which is a dang shame). They used Schar brand bread for the toast and french toast we got. For gluten free, it was pretty cheap; $25+tip for 2.
