Louise is an incredible chef. I'm looking forward to her new restaurant. Her talents extend beyond bakery products. She conducts a symphony on you palette with exquisite combinations of herbs and spices that are multi-dimensional and unique. Treat her foods like fine wine...experience them on every level...eating slowly...and savoring every bite like the work of art that it is.

I've never tasted better jams and jellys. They are the best. The cookies are super but you have to be careful or they disappear to fast. The cheese is the smoothest around.

Everything I have had made by Louise has been exceptional. Her customer service is excellent and she is a pleasure to do business. My only complaint is that her cookies are too good and I can't keep my hands off of them! Her baguettes and ciabatta are better than a lot of bread I have had that contains gluten.

The best gluten free products I have tried. I am a returning weekly customer. The sandwich bread is amazing. It actually tastes like "bread" and doesn't crumble by the time I eat lunch. All the products I have tried are fantastic. The service is great!!!!
