I had a great experience. My waitress let me know if the food I wanted to order was gluten free

I went here because the reviews were great and it seemed safe. I'm a really super-sensitive celiac, so I take my restaurant choices seriously. The waitress had no idea what gluten was. I asked to talked to the chef and he was as aloof as it gets. We were in between wake/funeral services so we didn't have much time and decided to order "obviously safe" options: escargot, pan-fried scallops, the salmon *with scampi sauce* instead of dijonnaise, and filet mignon. I didn't get sick and food was pretty good, but I wouldn't go back because I feel liked I dodged a bullet.

Yes
OMG they make the best gluten-free chicken francese
I emailed the West Shore Inn prior to going to dinner there and was told to tell the server the food needed to be prepared GF. I have been there twice and had a great experience both times.
