The absolute best! If you want pizza this is where to get it! The crust is out of this world most amazing gf I've ever tasted!! the toppings are beyond good! I get sick very very easily and i get this pizza all the time never gotten sick! plus other options than pizza! this place rocks if you get a chance try it! you won't be disappointed
this place is absolutely delicious. the subs are amazing and HUGE for gluten free, most of the time places give you small pieces for bread but this was awesome. has an awesome texture and is super soft! we just moved into town and I was worried I wouldn't be able to find anything good, this place is awesome.
Having celiac and business travel do not work well together. While in Manhattan for work I found this place and it is fantastic! The guy at the counter understood which sauces etc. had gluten which is rare without having to talk to a manager. The price was about $21 for a large specialty and it was worth every penny and it was fast!. You Manhattans really have a treasure in Wheat State Pizza.
Really good gluten free pizza. One of the best GF crusts I've had. Staff seemed pretty knowledgable for the most part. There wasn't a separate menu for the pizzas with gluten free toppings but most were GF aside from the Alfredo sauce, pesto sauce and other obvious items such as anything with teriyaki or peanut sauce etc. I had the GF jalapeño popper pizza and BBQ wings and did not have any negative reaction

Very good gluten free pizza. Comes in one size only 10" but thin and crispy crust was delicious.
There gluten free crust is the best I have eaten and I have tried many different brands of crust.
