They have gluten free items marked on their menu with a star. I wasn't asked about anything related to my order, literally at all, so you would definitely need to ask specifically about any precautions you might need them to take.
I didn't have a reaction, but the food was not worth it. Basically none of the meat (or even tofu) was seasoned and their bulgogi taco was practically inedible.

I have mixed feeling about this place. So the fryer is not gluten free which means chips are not safe. The grill is shared so the flour/corn tortillas are cooked together. I asked the cashier if mine could be cooked on foil on the grill and she said due to new health and safety guidelines they can’t do that anymore. So I ended up getting my tacos on lettuce. GF tacos have a star next to them on the menu. After eating them I realized some of the ingredients could have been cooked on that shared grill. So far no reaction but I don’t know if I would go back. It was delicious food though

Gluten free items marked on menu. I got the fish taco and the Thai peanut chicken taco. Also, the coconut lime margarita slushy was the BEST margarita I’ve ever had.

Their menu includes stars next to “gluten free” items but they are not celiac safe. After having a discussion about whether there is a dedicated fryer for the chips (there is not), I ate a taco that had chickpeas that were apparently also fried. Server didn’t tell me. It’s my fault for not looking more carefully at menu but should not trust their gluten free selections if you are celiac or need to avoid cross contamination.

Always hate when I can’t eat the chips in a Mexican place. Can’t here. However, have a number of options she pointed out that are safe for Celiacs. I had jerk chicken and purple slaw tacos. Nice combination of sweet and spicy. So far, so good. š

The food was delicious and the menu marked GF. Unfortunately I’m not sure they count for cross contamination. I had a minor reaction after eating and upon further research seems that the chips are in shared fryer and cooktop is shared. I probably will try again to see if they will clean cook surface for me. The register gal was so excited to tell me they understood GF and items with a yellow star are GF.

Corn tortillas are made in a facility that also processes wheat. Thank you to the staff for letting me see the packaging! (Points deducted for telling me they were gluten free and contradicting me when I said they weren’t.)

They serve food that they advertise as Gluten Free but fry their chips in a shared fryer and grill their corn tortillas on a shared grill.
No
Their menu has stars to identify which tacos/starters are gluten free. I tried the Thai peanut and the jerk chicken tacos... SO STINKING GOOD!!! I definitely recommend coming in and trying if you a gluten sensitive or celiac. I have celiac and did well eating here.
There were plenty of gluten free choices including bahn mi tofu, jerk chicken, and mole duck. I’m vegetarian, and I noticed multiple options for gf vegetarian fare! Quick service and tasty food!
We ate at the downtown and River Arts District locations and had NO issues. The staff was wonderful and especially helpful in the city location. Tried multiple and would recommend the steak or the fish taco for traditional flavors and the pork belly taco was amazing.
Staff seem to not be trained on gluten free. Overall not the best tacos just generally. Didn’t feel great after eating here.
Staff in front was not informed whatsoever about what was gluten free or not, outside of the fact that they used corn tortillas. My husband is celiac and had one of the worst glutenings in years from this restaurant after being assured everything he ordered was safe - and was also marked safe on the menu.

White Duck has a nice selection of tacos marked GF. Unfortunately, they also tell you the chips are GF and unless you ask the right questions, you will assume they are telling the truth. Turns out, the chips are fried in a shared fryer and they claim they are still GF because they cook them at 350 degrees. Sad they are allowing what could be one of the best places in town for Celiacs become the most dangerous for us to eat in.
Staff was knowledgeable. Good corn tacos and interesting options
Fryer is NOT GF! Corn tacos are made on same surface as wheat flour tacos! Chips are marked GF but aren’t. Cashier tried to convince me the FDA says anything deep fried over 375 degrees is automatically GF. Beware, this is not true! Just Google it.

Delicious tacos! We will definitly come back.
Best tacos I’ve had in my entire life. The duck and pork belly tacos were amazing. The menu is marked with GF items. Highly recommend.

Wasn’t very Celiac gf friendly at all. Chips are fried with non gf items, yet they tell you they are gf. None of us enjoyed the tacos, gf or not.
Lots of GF options. Our son, who had celiac, loved it. It is a popular site for both GF and nonGF. Packed house.
I went here four times during my trip and couldn't get enough, all of their tacos are made on corn tortillas unless otherwise stated and everything on their menu is marked properly! So delicious!
I would highly recommend for anyone who likes different and unique street tacos!
If you're like me and have an appetite, I would recommend doing three tacos, I left completely full and happy every time!

Ate here with my son who has celiac without any difficulty at all. Food was delicious and he did not have any reactions.
Yum! Staff was helpful and informed. Our 2 kids with celiac ate here with us with plenty of options and no issues after. Fun, local and good food.
Yes
4/5 because they share the grill with the tacos that are not marked as safe for celiac people, however, I am MADLY in love with their fish taco and their pork belly and pickled watermelon rind taco. And I have yet to react too the grill! They even clean it for me sometimes! I go as often as I can!
Great little shop serving a creative taco menu. We tried duck; fish; and a BBQ dishes. They were all great! We will be back!
