Review of White Tiger

Delicious soup, but upon quizzing the server, learned that their fryer is not gluten-free, so many items on their menu listed as gluten free (like their fries and so-called "gluten free fried chicken") are not actually safe for celiacs like me. I'll still come back because the soup was incredible, but fair warning: you can't just sit back and rely on the menu for guidance.
