Really good experience - super helpful staff lots of yummy options. The frier is shared - not gf but plenty of good options.

Had a great experience here! The frier is shared so certain things that are listed as GF aren’t actually, but they have a ton of GF options otherwise

Good food but many mislabeled dishes. The restaurant used a shared fryer but labels like chicken wings as gluten free. Also listed Korean dumplings as GF when they were in a dish. Staff is NOT knowledgeable about allergens. I stuck to dishes I’ve had in the past that could be made with glass noodles. I don’t recommend for celiac and I’d be very very careful if you’re gluten allergic. Tasty food but got digestive pain from a poorly marked dish (wings) with gluten.

Got glutenized here after being very clear with the waiter that I have celiac. Food is delicious, but double check everything before eating. Spicy sauce isn’t gluten free, and they brought it with a GF dish. Waiter was not apologetic about me being glutenized, which made an unfortunate situation feel even worse.

White Tiger clearly labels the GF options and most are gluten free. The fried “chicken bits” starter is amazing for anyone missing chicken strips/fingers. The Korean Fried Chicken, soups, noodle dishes, etc are all excellent. Wait staff is also knowledgeable about allergies.

Very disappointing that the fryer is not gluten free. So in fact very little on the menu is gluten free, even though it is marked as such. Good happy hour deals though.
Delicious soup, but upon quizzing the server, learned that their fryer is not gluten-free, so many items on their menu listed as gluten free (like their fries and so-called "gluten free fried chicken") are not actually safe for celiacs like me. I'll still come back because the soup was incredible, but fair warning: you can't just sit back and rely on the menu for guidance.

Nearly every item on the menu at this modern Korean restaurant is gluten free. They use only gluten free tamari in their recipes. The food is excellent!
