If you want to eat someplace buffet style this is a great option. All of their entrees have the ingredients listed. However, given that the hot bar and salad bar are handled by a lot of people there is a risk of cross contamination. Definitely wouldn't recommend for celiacs. However the food is always healthy and tasty, but extremely pricey.
