At the deli I ask about a sandwich. They had gluten free bread so it looked promising. The job was handed over to the deli man who proceeded to recite a disclaimer that he doesn't know if anything he has contains gluten. I would have been happy to choose the ingredients, but told him at the very least he have to clean the cutting board. His response was that if I am that sensitive to gluten, I should not eat there. The only other time I found someone that testy was when it was busy, but here I was the only one at the counter. As a grocery store it is about same as a regular store as far as having a variety of gluten-free items.

Lots of packaged options but cafe staff seemed very knowledgable too. For celiacs, packaged stuff is great. You'll have to make your own judgment on the cafe.
Yes
For the most part a great store, but they keep regular flour on same shelves as gluten free flour. For someone with a severe case of Celiac's, that provides enough cross contamination to make them extremely ill. I've complained to management on numerous occasions, but they refuse to segregate the flour. I don't shop there as a result.
Wide variety, most choices well identified. I love the whole foods gluten-free lemon poppy muffin, and the old Wild Oats cookies but neither available in Utah. Even after multiple special requests. Have to go to WF in other states to get them.
They have a cafe area with labels for the food. It’s a self serve kind of thing so not the best for cross contamination. Only a few options were gluten free but enough to make a meal out of it. If going to get a meal with a group, this is still a good option since the store is large and has the typical Whole Foods variety. I mostly thought it would be helpful to add a review so this location shows up for others looking for food around here.

As a European resident visiting this store is amazing! So many gf options! Not only all the fresh items and produce, but dried goods, packages, quick/ready meals. Wonderful! Everything is stacked on the shelves with the rest of those items (no separate gf section) which I like too. I can shop for the whole family at the same time, not everyone else… and then me.

I hate coming here because it’s so big. You would think they would have gobs of gf stuff, but they have little and it is spread out everywhere and side by side with gluten counterparts. Please keep my gf stuff AWAY from the gluten stuff. I spend way too much time trying to find everything, and I feel like compared to Sprouts or Natural Grocers that they have the least knowledge employees and the HIGHEST prices. I also would never eat something from their lunch area because it’s a mess. No way I'm chancing that.

Don’t go out of your way thinking they will have GF food. It’s slim pickings. Among the fewest grocery options I’ve seen in a Whole Foods.
