This place is very trendy, and definitely on the GF bandwagon more than they are trying to help Celiacs. However, we can dine there safely easier than most places with the standard precautions. No dedicated fryer, shared grill, etc. Some items like the mac n cheese are little kits they just prepare, so talk to the manager who is very knowledgeable, he can guide you to what is safe. Some of the other employees aren't that knowledgeable. But overall can get a good meal here.
