I called and was informed the only gluten free item would be an unmarinated chicken breast.

Crawfish with sausage, potatoes, shrimp, and corn are GF! I spoke with a manager. Staff is not knowledgeable but manager was. I’ve gotten the crawfish several times over the years with no issues. I don’t venture into many other things because I’m not sure about cross contamination/etc so 4 stars.

Let me start by saying that I love Willies. I've been coming here for about a decade. We haven't been since we realized that my wife was Celiac but, since they were on this app, we decided to give it a shot. The food is spectacular. Please don't think that my rating is a reflection of the quality of the food. Find me gf has Willie's listed as "burgers" so, naturally, we asked for a gf burger. After a 2 or 3 second confused pause the person at the counter stated that they didn't know if they had gf bread. And just continued to stand there staring at us. After about 5 more seconds I said "can you please go check?" They did and came back and said there was no gf bread. They did not know if any of the salad dressings were gf and there was no separate preperation area. We were able to order something from the menu under our own cognition that we were fairly sure would be gf and it was absolutely delicious (baked potato stuffed with pulled pork...mmmmmmmmm). The food is great and the service is good but if a restaurant is going to offer gf and cf food then the staff should be aware of the situation.

Staff was very knowledgeable about what was GF. I had grilled chicken tenders and veggies.
There weren’t a lot of choices and honestly I was really scared to eat here. But the girl that took my order was patient and answered questions. I ended up getting a burger with no bun and a side salad with balsamic. A very safe GF dish. I didn’t get sick but I’m not sure it would be worth returning to.

I used to work here at the cashier station. I can for sure say that the kitchen is NOT safe. The salad bar is maybe the safest place, but no one knows about gluten free. I have celiac and there is no way I’d eat there. I would help anyone that asked for gluten free but warn them about it not being safe. The battering area for fried items is very messy and right by all the cooking tops. So big no if you have celiac. But if you are doing it for just dietary reasons, as long as you know what is and isn’t gluten free you’re fine.

They have been helpful with my Celiac / gluten allergy. When you ask for help, just make sure that you ask your cashier first, and then your server, to make them both aware of your dietary needs.
I always see the cashier go back to talk with the kitchen staff, right away. And I appreciate that.

No allergen menu. Do have items that are probably gf. Was not helpful. :/
