Really good for celiacs, well trained staff

Aug 2021 update: Stopped by recently after a long time due to Covid. Server said she is GF and eating there is "iffy" due to cross contamination. At least she was honest. This time the menu did not mark the sticky fingers as a GF option but she said they were available with cornstarch. I don't react in obvious ways to CC, so other reviewers may be more useful on CC.
Original review: The server seemed to understand the importance of celiac. Here's what I was told: GF sticky fingers (not listed on the menu) can be made with corn starch. Dedicated fryer for GF items and GF fries. GF fries do not have the seasoning on them. Their sauces are not all GF. The GF chicken is tossed in the sauce of your choice in a separate bowl than they use for regular breaded chicken. Important point, the physical menu disagrees with the Wingers website about which sauces are GF. I went off the website as it seemed more restrictive. They marked my plate with a toothpic/flag to indicate it was different (I really wish all restaurants would do this). The wingers website mentions GF right on the homepage -- so that's hopeful that they take it seriously as a chain.
If I feel well tomorrow, this will become a go-to place for me.

Rediscovered Wingers and have been there a couple times recently. Good GF options and awareness. Everything is noted on the menu, servers are knowledgeable. Food is great and its great to have another wonderful option. Tasty food, great service. We will be back.

The staff was very accommodating! They cook the chicken in a separate frier with corn flakes and it still has the same delicious taste! They even cooked fries in a separate area and ensured that there was no cross contamination during my visit!

They have a gluten free fryer. I got the Sticky Fingers meal and loved it. Their menu is a little hard to understand but staff is great at answering questions.

Recently discovered that I am able to eat here as a celiac! Recommended by a fellow celiac. I got the sticky finger meal and it was delicious!! I love that they have a gluten free fryer, it was the most "fried" thing I've had since being celiac. I think it also very much depends on the waiter on the type of experience you have. Some of them understand what you need and others aren't so sure so be sure to specify the GF fryer (and no seasoning salt on fries)

The food was very tasty, but the next day I got sick :/ I asked them to fry everything in the gluten free fryer, so I don't know what it was that made me sick, but I ordered the sticky fingers plate with salad and fries. My family also has celiac, and they get the wings all the time the no problem. We also had chips and salsa and the popcorn.

The menu does not have very many options but if you get the right waiter they will go the extra mile and have anything that they can fixed for you. I have never had a problem eating here.

Not too happy. Ordered the Blackened Maiamai and it and the veggies were completely bland. I much prefer to eat at the Wingers in Price over Orem. Will not be coming back.

Wow! Our waiter, Taylor, was incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure my food would be safe for me as I have celiac disease. He even got my sauces from the walk-in storage as he didn’t want to risk contamination from the salad bar. He explained all the ingredients to me to make sure I was comfortable. The food and drink were great, I had the wing plate. The wings are breaded with a corn meal mix which was delicious.
We are just staying in town for the night but if I lived here, this would be my “go to” restaurant

We love it here. Make sure you verify that you have to have the sticky fingers in the dedicated fryer as well as the fries.

They take extra precautions for celiac. The hostess was very helpful, got answers to all my questions and asked the cooks directly to be very cautious for me. I even had the “gluten friendly” bun and did not have any reaction.
