Every time I come in they have increased their celiac-friendliness. Now offering gluten free batter for wings! Fries are GF.

This location is usually very good about avoiding cross-contamination. I did get sick a few times recently; however, I gave them another shot today. I used my NimaPartners Gluten Sensor, and both my salad and the dressing tested as gluten free. Also, huge shout-out to Artemio, who is great with his customers and knows me by name, and the waitress who assisted me today was wonderful as well. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and provide great service.

They have separate fryers and a separate gluten free menu. Most of their sauces are gluten free. They are really careful about not cross contaminating. I am really sensitive and haven't had a reaction.

Tried to get the GF sticky fingers to go. The service promptly told me that they did not do the wings GF here or at any other wingers as a matter of fact. Guy must've been new.

Wow! Our waiter, Taylor, was incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure my food would be safe for me as I have celiac disease. He even got my sauces from the walk-in storage as he didn’t want to risk contamination from the salad bar. He explained all the ingredients to me to make sure I was comfortable. The food and drink were great, I had the wing plate. The wings are breaded with a corn meal mix which was delicious.

We are just staying in town for the night but if I lived here, this would be my “go to” restaurant

We love it here. Make sure you verify that you have to have the sticky fingers in the dedicated fryer as well as the fries.

They take extra precautions for celiac. The hostess was very helpful, got answers to all my questions and asked the cooks directly to be very cautious for me. I even had the “gluten friendly” bun and did not have any reaction.
